Now you're required to provide multiple different reports, in depth risk assessments, extra surveys because you need to satisfy both local and state government legislation in regards to multiple new overlays, oh and all this requires you to engage the services of a Town Planner. If this sounds remotely familiar, or you're just starting out and need a Town Planner, I highly recommend you call Scott Barrett at Elevate Development Services. Scott's communication was in language we could easily understand. The timeframes were explained clearly and calmly, even when I nearly lost it because I had misunderstood the brief.
