Elevate Development Solutions is leading the town planning efforts for a boutique eight-storey residential tower proposed for 27 Dixon Street, Coolangatta, near the Queensland-New South Wales border.
The project, designed by a Sydney-based developer and envisioned by Impact Design, will offer 16 luxury apartments, primarily three-bedroom layouts, with a distinctive organic design featuring soft curves and cantilevered balconies.
The development’s façade will incorporate green accents and flowing forms, seamlessly integrating with the nearby Goodwin Park.
Amenities include a landscaped rooftop terrace and three basement levels providing parking for 37 vehicles, set to replace two single-storey homes on the 1010sq m site.
“The proposal is a contemporary and architecturally refined multi-residential building designed to integrate seamlessly with its surrounding environment,” Scott Barrett, Elevate said.
Upon approval by the Gold Coast City Council, the development would replace two single-storey houses.
