What a process, Thanks Scott. When you have done what you think is your due diligence, (reports and tests done in advance, ready to design and build your dream... read more home with the soil types and BAL levels completed), and then you get thrown a curve ball by the Bureaucrats in Council. Now you're required to provide multiple different reports, in depth risk assessments, extra surveys because you need to satisfy both local and state government legislation in regards to multiple new overlays, oh and all this requires you to engage the services of a Town Planner. If this sounds remotely familiar, or you're just starting out and need a Town Planner, I highly recommend you call Scott Barrett at Elevate Development Services. Scott's communication was in language we could easily understand. The timeframes were explained clearly and calmly, even when I nearly lost it because I had misunderstood the brief. I tried to anticipate, then confirmed with Scott, everything that was going to be required of us and then delivered ASAP on our processes to allow Scott to expedite his. In the end this awesome teamwork between us, saw the Planning Approvals come in a week ahead of schedule.
