I read over 40 MCU applications from various town planners and I consistently found that Scott has the ability to understand and satisfy council requirements. When you read failed town planning applications it is clear that the town planner made the wrong assumptions from the start and gave their clients bad advice. When you read Scott's work it is clear that he knows what can and cannot be done and will only give you the right advice. This was exactly my experience with Scott. He gave the best advice and was able to put us through the express application track instead of waiting 6 months (which also saved us a lot of money). Whereas other extremely high profile and expensive town planners did not have the correct knowledge or advice and insisted on charging us more for an unnecessary 6 month process. I even had to explain some of the rules to some other town planners because they were giving me the incorrect advice. I highly recommend Scott - especially if you have a rural zoned property - if your plan will not pass council then he will tell you that it won't.
